DiscTube Browser Extension

This extension syncs playback on Netflix and Prime Video with the same DiscTube room.

Deployment Status

The extension is currently in beta. You can install it manually using the instructions below, or wait for the official store release.

Manual Install (Chrome / Edge / Brave)

1. Download the extension: disctube-sync-extension.zip
2. Unzip the downloaded file to a folder of your choice.
3. Open chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions).
4. Enable Developer mode in the top right corner.
5. Click Load unpacked.
6. Select the folder where you unzipped the extension.

How to use

• Add a Netflix or Prime Video link to the DiscTube playlist.
• Press play on that playlist item from DiscTube.
• DiscTube opens a new tab containing sync query params for the extension.
• The extension content script on that page starts syncing play/pause/seek.
